Honkai Star Rail Version 3.0: "Paean of Era Nova" Launches January 15th!

Honkai Star Rail's next major update, Version 3.0, titled "Paean of Era Nova," arrives January 15th, transporting the Astral Express from Penacony to the enigmatic new world of Amphoreus.

Amphoreus: A World of Chaos and Mystery

This new planet is shrouded in mystery and chaos. Its inhabitants are unaware of the world beyond their borders, worshipping Titans who plunged the land into civil war and a devastating "black tide." Amphoreus is perpetually cloaked in darkness, and humanity teeters on the brink of extinction in the Holy City of Okhema.

New Characters Join the Adventure

Version 3.0 introduces two compelling new characters:

• Herta: A 5-star Ice-type genius from the cosmos, wielding devastating Area-of-Effect (AoE) damage.
• Aglaea: The elegant and deadly dressmaster of Okhema, a Flame-Chase legend whose synchronized combat with her memosprite, Garmentmaker, makes her a formidable foe.

Unraveling the Abyss of Fate

The Trailblazer and Dan Heng journey into the ominous Abyss of Fate, a realm of ancient ruins and legends. Here, they encounter the three Titans—Time, Passage, and Law—former masters of time and space. Players will meet Oronyx, the Titan of Time, and unlock the Path of Remembrance. A new companion, the adorable and enigmatic Mem (who only says "Mem"), also joins the adventure.

The Vortex of Genesis Awaits

The final destination in Version 3.0 is the Vortex of Genesis, a divine sanctuary for the Titans and the location of the Miracle of Genesis. Here, collected Coreflames illuminate constellations, marking the epic journeys of the Chrysos Heirs.

Returning and New Companions

The first half of the update features the return of Lingsha, Feixiao, and Jade. The second half brings Boothill, Robin, and Silver Wolf into the fray. A new Preservation outfit for March 7th is also available as a login reward.
