Obtaining Heartfelt Thoughts:

Heartfelt Thoughts are exclusively obtained by completing the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda within the Realm of Breakthrough. Access this trial via a Warp Spire after finishing Chapter 7. Each successful completion, costing 60 Vital Energy, yields one Heartfelt Thought.

Important Note: The Realm of Breakthrough, and consequently the Phantom Trial, resets weekly. You can only claim rewards once per week. Therefore, obtaining the seven Heartfelt Thoughts needed for a single Wishful Aurosa evolution will take seven weeks. To obtain all three evolutions requires 21 weeks (approximately 5 months) of consistent participation.
