Players of Infinity Nikki received some relief following the controversial release of version 1.5, which brought numerous technical issues and unmet expectations. In response to player feedback, developer Infold Games stepped forward with a compensation package to address the shortcomings of the update.
Among the updates in version 1.5 were significant changes to the 5-star outfit system, increasing the required pieces from 9 or 10 to 11, thereby raising the total pulls needed to complete an outfit to 220. Additionally, a new dye system was introduced, which players found convoluted and cumbersome. The Threads of Reunion storyline was also pulled due to incomplete associated content. Acknowledging these issues, Infold Games promised free diamonds and energy crystals as compensation, offering Diamond *120 and Energy Crystal *1 daily from June 5 to June 12, totaling Diamond *960 and Energy Crystal *8.
Despite the compensation, players expressed frustration over unresolved issues such as the updated pity system and other lingering bugs. In light of these concerns, version 1.6 has been pushed back to June 12, 2025, affecting upcoming events. To compensate for the delay, players will receive 360 Starlit Crystals for the postponed weekly task Starlit Pursuit.
Infold Games is actively addressing further adjustments behind the scenes and plans to enhance communication through a new initiative called the Miraland Round Table, allowing players to directly voice their concerns and suggestions. The developers expressed gratitude for the community’s support while committing to improving the game.
