Tachov and Zhelejov are locked in a bitter feud. Fortunately, you can complete most quests for both Prochek and Olbram. This approach reveals more of the game's backstory, although a completely favorable outcome for both is impossible.

Should You Choose Prochek or Olbram in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*?

If you must choose, there's little practical difference. Both aim to sabotage the other, making the decision largely based on personal preference.

Olbram's task involves stealing Zhelejov's maypole, requiring nighttime stealth and distracting a guard. Prochek's task is to paint Olbram's bull blue, needing a recipe from Radovan and dye from the tailor.

Prochek's quest might be slightly harder early on, potentially requiring more Groschen or Speech skill. Olbram's task may be easier for players at lower levels. The following sections detail both questlines.

Speak to Prochek in Tachov. If you can't find him, the innkeeper can direct you.

Getting the Dye and Lullaby Potion

Purchase dye from Bartoshek the tailor in Troskowitz. Obtain the Lullaby Potion recipe from Radovan (either by working as his apprentice or through persuasion). The recipe requires oil, poppy, and thistle, found near the Troskowitz apothecary.

Brew the potion, head to Zhelejov, pour it into the bull's trough, and paint the bull once it's asleep. Report back to Prochek. You can then start Olbram's quest.

How to Start "Frogs" for Olbram in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*

Find Olbram near the meadow in Zhelejov. Agree to steal the Tachov maypole to begin his quest.

Stealing the Maypole

Proceed to Tachov at night. Henrik guards the maypole. You can knock him out or, with sufficient Speech, persuade him to leave by arranging a date with Manka. Tell Manka about the date, then return to Henrik. Once he's gone, climb and cut down the maypole.

Return to Olbram. He'll then task you with chasing sheep from a Tachov pasture and delivering a digestive potion to Alshik. You can complete this, or inform Prochek of Olbram's plan to conclude both quests.
