Okamura, in a recent 4Gamer interview, stated their commitment to completing Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater in 2025. He indicated the game is currently playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time dedicated to polishing details and enhancing overall quality.

Previous speculation suggested a 2024 release, but those plans have shifted. Sources within the studio now point to a 2025 launch date. The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The game promises to retain the essence of the original while integrating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical enhancements, Okamura also teased new features designed to elevate the gameplay experience.
