Mecha BREAK to Unlock All Starting Mechs After Player Feedback

Mecha BREAK, the exciting multiplayer mech game, recently wrapped up its open beta on Steam, which concluded on March 16. The game attracted over 300,000 players during this period and has now secured its position as the 5th most wishlisted game on the platform. Following the open beta, the developers at Amazing Seasun have been actively considering player feedback, particularly around the accessibility of the game's mechs, known as Break Strikers.

One of the key points of discussion is the possibility of making all starting mechs free. Currently, players start with access to just one Break Striker, and unlocking the other 11 requires grinding through multiplayer matches to earn enough in-game currency. This process can be time-consuming, and the developers are contemplating changes to make the game more engaging from the outset.

While Amazing Seasun is exploring options such as making all Break Strikers available from the start and adjusting the use of mech modules in 3v3 and 6v6 competitive modes, they have not made any final decisions. The company remains committed to a live service model at launch, which they believe is crucial for the long-term success of Mecha BREAK.
