NCSOFT Opens Pre-Registration For Hoyeon, A Prequel To Blade & Soul

NCSOFT expands the Blade & Soul universe with Hoyeon, a new fantasy title available for pre-registration on Android in select Asian regions. Players in Japan, Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, and South Korea can pre-register now.

What is Hoyeon?

Hoyeon is set three years prior to the events of Blade & Soul. Players assume the role of Yuki, the last Goenmon sect successor, tasked with rebuilding his clan. The game promises a captivating narrative filled with adventure and challenges.

Featuring over 60 diverse heroes, each with unique fighting styles and compelling backstories, Hoyeon offers direct hero control. Players can unlock exclusive costumes and special moves as their heroes progress.

The game boasts deep turn-based combat, allowing for five-hero teams and strategic combinations to overcome challenges. Cooperative gameplay with friends is also available for tackling formidable bosses.
