The Iron Pipe is a rare fishing reward found in sewers. Both sewers offer equal drop rates; the one near Resistance Camp is more accessible.

Fast travel to Resistance Camp and head right towards the Amusement Park. After crossing a small gap, you'll find an open manhole under a highway.

Descend into the sewer, enter the water, and begin fishing. Other junk items, sellable for money, may also be caught. There's no guaranteed method to increase the Iron Pipe's drop rate; it may take several attempts. Use your Pod's light in the dark sewer to improve visibility.
