Onimusha: Way of the Sword has the best State of Play trailer

The most captivating trailer from the recent State of Play showcase undoubtedly belonged to the new Onimusha installment. Onimusha: Way of the Sword introduced its protagonist, the legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi, his likeness masterfully captured by Capcom using the image of the iconic Japanese actor Toshiro Mifune. The trailer depicts Musashi's fierce battles against demons that have invaded Kyoto, punctuated by moments of humorous evasion as he skillfully cuts down his otherworldly foes.

The story reveals Musashi's transformation into a wielder of the Oni Gauntlet, empowered by his faith. He must confront and vanquish these monstrous beings, absorbing their souls to replenish his health and unlock devastating special abilities.
