The expansion of Persona 5: The Phantom X (P5X) to a global audience is on the horizon, with the launch of a dedicated social media account for the English version. The developers hinted at a potential release date announcement during their livestream scheduled for May 15 at 7:00 AM PT on Atlus' official Western YouTube channel. The announcement was made via a Twitter (X) post on May 15.

In their Fiscal Year 2025 Results Presentation on May 12, Sega Sammy Holdings, the Japanese global holding company, confirmed that P5X is part of their roll-out schedule. The game is slated for release "In or after FY2026/3" (from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026), with a target launch this summer.
