Pokémon TCG Pocket to introduce trading at the end of this month alongside brand-new expansion

Pokémon TCG Pocket's highly anticipated trading feature arrives January 29th, followed by the Space-Time Smackdown expansion on January 30th! This expansion brings fan-favorite Pokémon from the Sinnoh region to the game.

Trading, as the name suggests, lets you exchange cards with friends, mirroring the real-world experience. While trade hourglasses and tokens are required, this addition significantly enhances the game's authenticity.

Space-Time Smackdown introduces iconic Sinnoh Pokémon. Two new digital booster packs feature legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia. Beyond the legendaries, players can also collect popular Pokémon like Lucario and the Sinnoh starter trio: Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup. These will be available through Wonder Pick and traditional booster packs.

This update is sure to be a hit, especially with the addition of long-awaited Pokémon. While some initial concerns about the trading mechanics exist, promised ongoing adjustments should ensure a smooth experience.
