Stardew Valley offers a multitude of activities, from farming and mining to fishing. But crafting your own provisions adds another rewarding layer to the gameplay. Learn how to make delicious Spice Berry Jelly in Stardew Valley.
Obtaining the Preserves Jar in Stardew Valley
The Preserves Jar, crucial for making Jelly, Pickles, Caviar, and Aged Roe, is unlocked in two ways: by completing the Quality Crops Bundle in the Community Center, or by reaching farming level 4.
The Quality Crops Bundle requires three gold-quality crops (pumpkins, melons, corn, or parsnips), with five of each selected crop. For example, you'll need five gold-quality corn, five gold-quality pumpkins, and five gold-quality parsnips.
Once you have the Preserves Jar, making Spice Berry Jelly is easy! Spice Berries are found during Summer outdoors, in the Farm Cave year-round, or grown from Summer Seeds in the Greenhouse.
