• Whirling Runekey: This key drops from the rare spawn, Ksvir the Forgotten, located in the southernmost chamber of the Forgotten Vault. Ksvir only appears during Storm events.

• Torrential Runekey: Gather seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle while a Storm is active.

• Thunderous Runekey: Collect five Thunderous Fragments from any chest on Siren's Isle. Unlike the other fragments, these chests aren't restricted to Storm phases.

• Cyclonic Runekey: This key is obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren's Isle during a Storm, or as a potential drop from Zek'ul the Shipbreaker in Deadfin Mire.

• Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

  • Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
