Locate Mutt, Your Loyal Canine Companion, in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2!
Mutt, Henry's faithful dog in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, disappears early in the game. This guide provides a straightforward method to reunite with your furry friend.
Mutt's Location:
Mutt can be found near a wolf den southwest of the Nomads' Camp, just east of the river bathing spot. The image below pinpoints his exact location.
Fast travel to the Nomads' Camp for easy access. Follow the path southwest into the woods; you'll likely find yourself above the cave. You'll hear Mutt's whimpers as you approach. He's in a clearing near the cave, surrounded by wolves.
A cutscene will trigger upon your arrival, initiating a tutorial on commanding Mutt in combat. You can choose to fight or flee the wolves. While combat is manageable, it's a good opportunity to gain experience.
After the wolf encounter, Mutt will be under your control. Hold L1 (while facing him) to interact, feeding him from your inventory or sending him home.
Finding Mutt During the "Invaders" Side Quest:
Interestingly, you might discover Mutt's location while completing the "Invaders" side quest, particularly if you interact with the Cumans. Following Vasko uphill after drinking with them will lead you directly to the cave. However, attempting this while drunk and in the dark is significantly more challenging.
It's strongly recommended to rescue Mutt before proceeding with the "Invaders" quest. Navigating the wolves while intoxicated and in darkness is considerably more difficult, potentially leading to accidental death.
