World of Warcraft's Extended Timewalking Extravaganza: Turbulent Timeways Returns!

World of Warcraft players are in for a treat! The Turbulent Timeways event is back, offering a whopping seven weeks of Timewalking campaigns, running until February 24th. Get ready for a nostalgic journey through WoW's history, with a chance to earn exciting new rewards and a significant experience boost.

This extended event builds upon the popular five-week Turbulent Timeways event from September 2023. This time around, players can conquer Timewalking dungeons from various expansions, earning Timewarped Badges, and stacking the Mastery of Timeways buff for a 20% experience increase after completing four dungeons.

The Timewalking Schedule:

• January 7-13: Mists of Pandaria
• January 14-20: Warlords of Draenor
• January 21-27: Legion
• January 28-February 3: Classic
• February 4-10: The Burning Crusade
• February 11-17: Wrath of the Lich King
• February 18-24: Cataclysm

Rewards Galore:

Achieve Mastery of Timeways in five out of the seven weeks to unlock the Mastery of the Turbulent Timeways 2 achievement and claim the adorable Timely Buzzbee mount! Timewalking vendors across all expansions boast new permanent items, including Season of Discovery transmogs at the Classic vendor. Additionally, the Sandy Shalewing pet, previously only available during the initial Turbulent Timeways event, makes a return. Completing the weekly Timewalking dungeon quest will reward Heroic gear throughout the event's duration.

Looking Ahead:

With the Turbulent Timeways concluding on February 24th, and considering Blizzard's typical release schedule, the highly anticipated World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, "Undermined," is strongly predicted to launch on February 25th. This follows the recent 20th-anniversary event and coincides with other in-game events, promising a jam-packed start to 2025 for WoW players. Prepare for an action-packed few months!
