Conveniently, Sword Acorus spawns in clusters, allowing for rapid collection. The majority are concentrated around Ragunna City, with additional clusters near Egla Town and the Averardo Vault (Sentry Construct boss area). You can easily gather over 50 in a single session from these locations.

Utilizing In-Game Tools:

Wuthering Waves provides built-in tools to locate Sword Acorus. Access your Backpack or Character Ascension menu, select Sword Acorus, and choose "Collection Spots." This highlights nearby clusters on your map, streamlining the search.
