This quest is initiated by speaking with Botim, located south of the Rinascita-Ragunna-Thessaleo Fells northern Resonance Beacon. Three Towers, Three Challenges:

The quest comprises three sub-quests, each centered around a tower:

• Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise: Located northeast of Thorncrown Rises.

• Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise: Found southwest of Thorncrown Rises.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise

Begin this sub-quest by interacting with Itzel, positioned east of the Resounding Rise Tower. The tower's exploration involves:

1. Entering a painting at the hallway's end.
2. Tracking and defeating an Abyssal Mercator.
3. Collecting supply chests in the northern, western, and eastern rooms.
4. Entering a second painting after defeating a second Abyssal Mercator.
5. Defeating enemies and collecting more chests.
6. Pursuing and defeating a third Abyssal Mercator.
7. Following another painting to stop shooting enemies and defeat a blocking enemy.
8. Correctly arranging paintings:
   • Top-left painting to bottom-right.
   • Painting behind top-left to bottom-left.
   • Top-right painting to top-left.
   • Painting behind bottom-right to top-right.
9. Collecting a Premium Supply chest.
10. Finally, defeating a final Abyssal Mercator and claiming the Tidal Supply chest from Itzel. This weakens one Command Rise Tower barrier.

Shadow of the Towers: Twilight Rise

Proceed southeast to the Twilight Rise Tower and speak with Insula to enter. Follow the quest marker until encountering a time loop. The steps involve:

1. Investigating three marked locations.
2. Speaking with Insula.
3. Entering a secret passage under the elevator.
4. Defeating an Abyssal Patricius and collecting a supply chest.
5. Defeating a second Abyssal Patricius.
6. Speaking with Insula again.
7. Collecting the Tidal Supply chest.

This completes the sub-quest and weakens the second Command Rise Tower barrier.

Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise

This sub-quest automatically begins after completing the previous two. The steps are:

1. Speaking with Insula and Itzel at the camp northeast of the tower.
2. Using the Wingray to fly to the Command Rise Tower.
3. Entering the tower and following the quest marker.
4. Collecting a supply chest west of moving libraries.
5. Using the Grapple to climb, collecting chests along the way.
6. Defeating an Abyssal Patricius and collecting a chest.
7. Using the Grapple to reach higher levels, collecting chests and two Sonance Caskets: Ragunna.
8. Utilizing the chandelier mechanism to reach the top.
9. Speaking with Insula and Itzel after finding Liel deceased.
10. Using the portal to defeat the final Abyssal Patricius, obtaining the Call of the Abyss Rectifier and a Premium Supply chest.

Exiting via the portal and speaking to Insula and Itzel awards the King of Thessaleo and Shadow of the Tower achievements. Remember to thoroughly explore the Command Rise Tower for all available chests and resources.
