The game throws you into the gritty, yet cartoonish, 1970s. Think urban decay, stylish gangs, and maybe even a few cinematic clichés (killer sharks, anyone?). Our previous review in 2019 (by Harry Slater) described the original as promising but unfinished. Developer Plug-In Digital is now self-publishing this mobile version, suggesting a chance to rectify past shortcomings.

A Funky Revival?

Pre-registration is open, with a February 11th, 2025 release date. While hoping for significant improvements seems optimistic, given the mixed reception of the original, it's certainly possible. However, a simple mobile port wouldn't exactly ignite excitement.
