The Denpa Men: Free-to-Play Arrives on Android

The New Denpa Men is now officially available on Android. The game was originally released in July 2024 for the Nintendo Switch and is developed and published by Genius Sonority. There are several distinctions between the mobile and Nintendo Switch editions.

Now You Can Take Your Quirky Little Denpa Crew on the Go!

A major advantage of The New Denpa Men on Android is its cross-platform play functionality. If you've already been catching and battling Denpa Men on the Switch, you can seamlessly transfer your progress and continue your journey on your mobile device.

The Android and iOS versions introduce a new feature called QR Catch. This allows you to scan nearby QR codes to recruit new Denpa Men for your team, replacing the standard Normal Catch method. Notably, some features from the Switch version, such as Together Catch and Offline Catch, are not included in the mobile release.

Another addition to the Android version is the Voucher Collection system. After victorious battles, monsters randomly drop special vouchers. Collecting these vouchers, known as Akashi, helps you build a complete collection. You can also gift these Akashi to friends or utilize them strategically in combat.

A new strategic element involves scarecrows, which you can now use to summon monsters. These summoned allies will join your party in battle, assisting by attacking foes and healing your team. For a closer look, check out the game's trailer below.

Will You Catch The New Denpa Men on Android?

Denpa Men are peculiar little beings that float invisibly through radio waves. Your objective in the game is to capture them, train them, and guide them on various adventures. The gameplay combines dungeon crawling with island customization, letting you interact with your Denpa Men, go fishing, and explore event-based and extra stages that evolve over time.

You can download The New Denpa Men from the Google Play Store. The game is designed primarily for touchscreen controls, but controller support is also available.
